We were recently awarded Gold in the Great Taste awards 2012 for our Panna Cotta twin pot dessert.
We launched our vanilla panna cotta as part of “Valerie’s slightly extravagant” range in 2011, so we are delighted to have won this award.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with panna cotta, it is a traditional Italian set cream dessert. We however, put our own twist to it by folding some yoghurt into the cream to make it that bit lighter. We then add vanilla extract and place the light creamy mixture on top of a raspberry jelly base.
Well worth a sample it you are yet to try!
