The range includes an indulgent Chocolate Mousse, a smooth Coconut and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta and a Zingy Lemon Cheesecake
The Glenilen Farm Chocolate Mousse is made with lightly whipped cream into which melted Swiss chocolate is gently folded.
The Coconut Panna Cotta is based on Glenilen Farm’s original Panna Cotta recipe using a mixture of cream, yoghurt and coconut cream. This smooth mixture tops a Passion Fruit coulis on the bottom.
Third in the range is the Glenilen Farm Lemon Cheesecake. With a cult following, this cheesecake (as developed by Valerie Kingston for the Skibbereen Farmers market back in the late 90’s) remains a core product in the Glenilen Farm range of desserts. Made using lemon juice and Glenilen Farm’s cream cheese, its zingyness is the perfect palette cleanser.
