What does ‘live’ mean?
Live cultures refer to the micro-organisms found in foods such as yoghurt, which are benefi cial
for human health. These living organisms convert pasteurized milk to yoghurt during
fermentation.

What live cultures does our yoghurt contain?
Lactobacillus Acidophilius and Bifi dobacterium Lactis
Are live cultures the same as probiotics?
Probiotics are a type of live culture, but live cultures are not always probiotic. The cultures used
in our yoghurt are probiotic
