OUR CRÈME FRAÎCHE
Our Crème Fraiche is a new addition to the range. It is made from
Glenilen Farm cream and is lovely and rich.
The fat content is 40%, higher than commercial crème Fraiche that
is available on the market.
Crème Fraiche can be used in cooking to add creaminess to a savoury
dish or to make pasta sauce. It is also an excellent accompaniment to
a rich dessert.
