Did you catch us at Mahon Point Shopping Centre over the weekend? We had our pop up in the shopping centre to celebrate the launch of our new 4 pack range of yoghurts in Tesco. We were sampling all day and want to wish everyone a big thank you for stopping by. We hope you enjoyed our yoghurts as much as we do!

The Weekend was a great success and we wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, we were delighted to meet so many people. We hope you all enjoyed our Yoghurts, Cheesecakes, Lemonade, Smoothies and our tubs of Frozen Yoghurt. Hopefully see you there again next year!
Yesterday we officially launched our latest range of yoghurts at Ely Place in the heart of Dublin City with a pop up farm. This new range is our traditional Glenilen Farm yoghurt of live probiotic yoghurt layered on top of a fruit compote yet it now comes in the perfect snack pot; ideal for work, school or breakfast on the go! These new yoghurts come in our most popular flavours; raspberry, strawberry and Mango & Passion Fruit.
Sonia O’Sullivan has come on board to support this new range and we even brought “Sue” the best behaved cow around to Dublin Yesterday to get involved with the launch.
As always we love to get your feedback, so let us know what you think!
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we are launching a range of single serve desserts. So whether you want to treat yourself or your partner to something decadent and delicious on Valentine’s Day, our new range of desserts is the perfect match.
The range includes an indulgent Chocolate Mousse, a smooth Coconut and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta and a Zingy Lemon Cheesecake
The Glenilen Farm Chocolate Mousse is made with lightly whipped cream into which melted Swiss chocolate is gently folded.
The Coconut Panna Cotta is based on Glenilen Farm’s original Panna Cotta recipe using a mixture of cream, yoghurt and coconut cream. This smooth mixture tops a Passion Fruit coulis on the bottom.
Third in the range is the Glenilen Farm Lemon Cheesecake. With a cult following, this cheesecake (as developed by Valerie Kingston for the Skibbereen Farmers market back in the late 90’s) remains a core product in the Glenilen Farm range of desserts. Made using lemon juice and Glenilen Farm’s cream cheese, its zingyness is the perfect palette cleanser.
